It is commenced and administered by Sergio Arellano. Being a retired federal law enforcement officer, he offers lessons to residents regarding the firearms training facility, gun range safety, laws of carrying and holstering, and more. For the course and successful passing grade on the examination, you will print the Class Completion Form (LTC 101).
