- I had a seamless experience flying with Icelandair STR Terminal. Although queues were longer during peak hours, check-in was quick and easy. The personnel were professional and the security was well-organized. Although there wasn't much seating close to the gates, the station itself was tidy. The alternatives for dining and shopping were good but limited. The staff was amiable and the boarding process was well-organized. Upon arrival, baggage claim was expeditious. Overall, the terminal worked well, however it was improved by being early and bringing refreshments.
