- If a passenger cancels a booked flight within 24 hours of booking, the passenger shall receive the full refund according to the Qatar Airways Refund Policy. Refund penalties and no-show fees are waived as long as tickets are cancelled prior to departure. Cancelling your ticket within 24 hours applies only when you booked directly with an airline or on an airlines website.
