- Fix the Canon printer offline issue by setting the printer as default. Head to the 'Control Panel' and choose 'Devices and Printers.' Right-tap on your Canon printer from the available list of printers. Choose the 'Set as Default' option. A green check mark appears when it is set as the default. Now, your printer has come back online. Take a test print.
